The Walmart Labor Day Sale Has the Best Deals I’ve Seen on Prebuilt Gaming PCs So Far – IGN

The best gaming PC deals I’ve seen so far for Labor Day aren’t from a retailer I’d normally expect. Walmart is offering a selection of discounted gaming PCs that range from a budget RTX 5060 rig to a 4K-ready RTX 5070 Ti powerhouse at prices less than what I found so far from Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Alienware, Lenovo, and HP. These PCs are all sold and shipped by Walmart, not a marketplace vendor, and are eligible for Walmart’s 30-day electronics return policy.

iBuypower Element Pro AMD Ryzen 9 7900X Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming PC (32GB/2TB)

Walmart is currently offering the iBuypower Element Pro gaming PC for just $1499 with free delivery. It’s equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X CPU, Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and 2TB M.2 SSD. We rated the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT a “perfect” 10/10. The 9070 XT is comparable in raw performance to the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, which is very impressive considering the fact that the 9070 XT typically costs $150 less. Where the 5070 Ti wins is in upscaling (DLSS) and ray tracing performance. The 9070 XT is also on equal ground with the $1,000 RX 7900 XTX. It can run pretty much any game at 4K resolution and at framerates of 60fps or higher.

Hardware Unboxed Benched the RX 9070 XT During the Battlefield 6 Open Beta

For those of you looking to upgrade your rig specifically for Battlefield 6, Hardware Unboxed tested out a few different Radeon RX 9070 XT configurations in-game. At 4K and with the maximum “Ultra” preset, the RX 9070 XT rig maintained an average of 70-85fps with a 1% low of 67fps. This was tested with both lower-end AMD Ryzen 5 and higher-end AMD Ryzen 7 X3D processors and the performance difference was minimal, especially at higher resolutions (1440p and 4K).
