RTX 5090 gaming PCs are some of the most expensive prebuilts you can get, but if you’re looking to go all-in, then this deal could be well worth considering. Right now, you can grab this Continuum RTX 5090 prebuilt for $700 off its list price on Amazon, bringing it down from $5,299.99 to $4,599.99.

That’s pretty pricey, sure, but this model comes with a powerful 14th Gen Intel CPU, a whopping 96GB of DDR5 RAM, and a huge 4TB SSD, making it a great pick for gaming, content creation, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

What’s in this PC?

GPU

This PC packs an Nvidia RTX 5090, which is essentially the best graphics card on the market today. While we haven’t reviewed the Founders Edition, we have reviewed two overclocked options from ASUS and MSI, which can give you a rough idea of performance. Using the MSI Suprim and Cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings with ray tracing on as an example, we saw this GPU achieve 153fps/1080p, 112fps/1440p, and 60fps/4K. This is all without DLSS and MFG, which, when used, dramatically increased fps at these same settings. All in all, it’s an excellent card that can handle pretty much anything you can throw a it, including very heavy-duty 3D modelling, high-resolution video editing, and VR.

CPU

The CPU here is the impressively powerful i9-14900KF, or the top-tier from the 14th Gen Intel line-up. It boasts an impressive 24 cores, 32 threads, 125W TDP, 6GHz boost clock speed, and a large 32MB L3 cache. This CPU is great for gaming, but also an excellent option for other tasks, such as content creation or working with large amounts of complex data. We reviewed the non-K variant and were very impressed with its single-core performance, despite it not being the generational leap we had hoped it would be when it was released. In terms of value for money, it’s a great way to go if you’re looking for power and performance without spending the nig bucks on the Intel Core Ultra series.

RAM and storage

This PC really goes hard in both departments here, offering a massive 96GB of RAM and a huge 4TB SSD. The RAM itself is DDR5 and has speeds of 4800 MHz, which is at the lower end compared to your standard 6000 MHz, but still good. The SSD also goes for size rather than speed, opting for a slower Gen4 option rather than the newer Gen5 alternative. While we don’t know the read and write speeds of this SSD, it’ll likely be below 6000 MB/s, which again is not bad.

Who’s this deal for?

This is the type of PC that’s really only for serious gamers, content creators, professional 3D animators, or all the above. Even with the deal, it’s significantly more expensive than what you’d find with an RTX 5080 model, but if you’re looking for the absolute best performance you can get, this is up there with the top offerings and will absolutely deliver.
