According to a report issued by the Louisiana State Police, casinos in the state generated $198.6 million in revenue in July, a 9.8% boost compared to July 2024.

The most significant contributor was Golden Nugget Lake Charles in the St. Charles district, collecting $27.0 million, up 7.1% compared to July 2024.

The Lake Charles district was the top revenue producer, generating revenue of $72.5 million. L’Auberge Du Lac generated $24.4 million, a 7.1% increase, and Delta Downs produced revenue of $14 million, a 9.6% jump.

Shreveport/Bossier City properties reported revenue of $48.9 million compared to July 2024’s $41.6 million, an increase of 17.6%. Horseshoe Bossier City generated $13.6 million, an increase of 57.7%. Margaritaville Resort Casino posted revenue of $11 million, a year-over-year decrease of 23.4%. Live! Casino Hotel Louisiana, which wasn’t open in July 2024, generated $9.4 million.

New Orleans district properties accumulated $48.6 million in revenue, up from July 2024’s $44.2 million, or 9.8%. Caesars New Orleans brought in $21.3 million, an increase of 20.4% year-over-year. Treasure Chest generated $13.2 million, an increase of 6.1%, and Boomtown Casino & Hotel reported revenue of $8.2 million, a 2.7% decrease year-over-year.

The Baton Rouge district’s $22.1 million was an increase of 11.7% compared to July 2024’s $19.9 million. L’Auberge Casino Hotel posted $13.3 million, a year-over-year increase of 7.4%. The Queen of Baton Rouge generated $8.1 million, an increase of of 15.6%, and the Belle of Baton Rouge reported revenue of $0.8 million, an increase of 64.9%.

Evangeline Downs generated $6.3 million, a 3.4% increase year-over-year.
