What we like about the LG 34GX90SA-W 34-inch Ultragear

There’s a lot to like about this gaming monitor, but essentially, it’s super fast, sized for immersion, and has lifelike picture quality, plus it’s one of the best-looking gaming monitors out there. This monitor comes in at 240Hz and 0.03ms response time, which is up there with some of the best gaming monitors you can buy. Combined with adaptive sync technology, such as AMD FreeSync Premium, this will result in exceptionally smooth on-screen movement. That will be great if you’re playing fast-paced games.

Its OLED screen is also good if you’re looking for great picture quality, providing exceptional contrast and vibrant color. In terms of brightness, while it does have a 1300-nit peak brightness, we’d say the DisplayHDR 400 rating is more indicative of what to expect. A monitor needs at least 400 nits for this to be the case, which is, generally speaking, good for an OLED, which can be dimmer.
