A 29-year-old accused of murder following the discovery of a man’s body at a house in Dartford will stand trial in the new year.
Dorin Ciorba was arrested 12 days after it is alleged he killed the victim, who was today (August 18) named as Osaretin Oronsaye during a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court.

Mr Oronsaye, who was reportedly in his 60s, was discovered dead at a property in Dunlop Close shortly after 6pm on Saturday, July 5.
Initially, the death was not considered to be suspicious but, following extensive investigations, detectives arrested Ciorba on July 17 and subsequently charged him with murder.
Appearing at a plea and trial preparation hearing in front of Judge Philip St.John-Stevens, he denied the offence as well as robbing Mr Oronsaye of his bank cards, phone, keys and wallet.
Ciorba, of Longbridge Road in Barking, east London, was told he will next appear in court on November 11 for a further case management hearing, with his trial fixed to start on January 19.
He was remanded in custody.
