A huge emergency response including the air ambulance descended on a street after a crash involving a car and a motorcyclist.
The incident happened on Grange Road, Ramsgate, and the route is currently shut.

Police cordoned off the street, and paramedics were in attendance.
The children’s air ambulance landed nearby on Ramsgate Football Club’s field in Price’s Road.
A 19-year-old man has been airlifted to a London hospital with injuries to his head and femur.


An ambulance services spokeswoman said: “We were called at 11.10am to reports of a collision involving a motorcyclist and a car on Grange Road in Ramsgate.
“Crews assessed and treated the motorcyclist at the scene for injuries to their head and femur.
“Crews were then joined by The Air Ambulance Charity, Kent Surrey Sussex, who airlifted the patient to King’s College Hospital in London for further medical treatment.”
