The Epic Games Store has discounted another game in its vast library for mobile gamers. Available to download today until next Thursday, Pilgrims is a card-based adventure game that is particularly well-rated across both Android and iOS.
Epic Games Store has been running its mobile game giveaway service for a while now after announcing it last year. Occasionally, the storefront aligns its mobile giveaway platform with its PC equivalent, which has proven the case this week. For context, Epic Games returned to the Doodle universe for the third time last week with Doodle Mafia.
Now, it has discounted Pilgrims for Android and iOS, which typically retail for $1.99 each when purchased from Epic Games. A card-based adventure game, Pilgrims averages 73/100 on Metacritic and 4.5/5 on the Apple App Store. Likewise, the game has achieved a 4 star rating on the Google Play Store from over 2,500 reviews and 100,000 downloads.
Fundamentally, the mobile port of Pilgrims appears to carry over the same gameplay as its PC counterpart. Please see the video below for a feel of what the game has to offer. As always, this week’s mobile giveaway can only be downloaded in the European Union for iOS and iPadOS users. Conversely, Pilgrims can be picked up worldwide on Android. One can redeem both platform releases via this instant checkout link when logged into an Epic Games account on a browser, or directly on the Epic Games mobile app.
