The moment a brazen fly-tipper pulls up in the middle of a street and dumps garden furniture and a wooden crate has been caught on camera.
CCTV footage taken on the corner of Baffin Close and Gerard Avenue, on the White Road Estate in Chatham, captured the blatant dump and run.
It is understood it happened at around 10.10pm last night (July 24) and has since been reported to Medway Council.
In the clip a man can be seen exiting the vehicle at a crossroads before going round to the back and unloading the items from an attached trailer. The motorist then runs back to the front seat and speeds off.
The homeowner who capture the shocking footage told KentOnline: “The driver just jumped out and pulled it off the trailer.
“My cameras then caught the vehicle as it drove up Palmerston Road near the cemetery, as there is an unadopted road there.

“It looked like the driver stopped for a bit to dump the rest of it, but then the vehicle was driven off again.
“That’s as far as my cameras caught it.”
In the video, it appears the fly-tipper had been driving a flat-bed car.
The resident added: “The thing is, it could have been taken to any of the rubbish tips we have, as those vehicles and trailers are accepted. It’s just lazy.”
The incident was reported to the local authority this morning who have been approached for comment.
