An A-road has been shut in both directions after a two-vehicle crash left three people injured.
The air ambulance was called to the incident on A258 London Road in Sholden, near Deal.
The road remains blocked in both directions between Sholden Drive and Mongeham Road as the vehicles are recovered.
The helicopter landed near Betteshanger Park and flew towards London.
Police were joined by fire crews and paramedics.
Officers say three people have been taken to hospital with injuries.
