The GameFi sector had another green candle week as it added 13% to its market cap while trading volume grew 19% to approach $5 billion.

For the second week in a row, Bitcoin rallied to another all-time high, this time briefly climbing above $123,000. The ascent has been driven by rising institutional demand and a weaker dollar.

The hot streak has spilled over to altcoins, with top GameFi tokens exploding, helping the total market cap reach $4 trillion for the first time ever.

One standout this week: WEMIX. The Web3 gaming token exploded 93% after a South Korean court acquitted former Wemade CEO Jang Hyun-guk of market manipulation charges.

In funding news, Football.Fun secured $2M to build FDF Pro, a fantasy football game with player share trading, set to launch in August 2025.
