West Ham United have registered their interest in signing Jack Grealish, talkSPORT understands.
However, Grealish would have to take a serious pay cut on his £300,000-a-week deal at City for any deal to progress.
The emergence of the Hammers in the race for Grealish comes after Tottenham cooled their interest in the £100million winger.
Everton are also understood to be keeping tabs on Grealish’s situation.
The 29-year-old faces an uncertain future with City after he was left out of their Club World Cup squad.
Grealish’s omission was the latest sign his time at City may be nearing its end after he made just 32 appearances across all competitions for the club last term, with only 16 of those being starts.

Alarmingly, just seven came via the Premier League.
To further compound Grealish’s woes, he started just once in 2025.
Grealish also registered a total of only eight attacking contributions all season.
The likes of Jeremy Doku, Phil Foden, Savinho and January signing Omar Marmoush were all preferred over Grealish, who joined City for an eye-watering £100m from Villa in August 2021.
With the ambition of making Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for next year’s World Cup, Grealish is under no illusions he must have regular game time if he is to make a case for inclusion.
Since his arrival at City, Grealish has won a plethora of trophies including three Premier League titles, an FA Cup and Champions League.
The highlight of his City career came in his second campaign which saw them win the treble, while he played a huge part in their success as he registered 16 goal contributions in all competitions.
But he’s hugely struggled since and the 2024/25 season saw Grealish effectively get frozen out by Guardiola, having been overlooked for City’s FA Cup final defeat to Crystal Palace which saw them chase an equaliser for 74 minutes of the match.
The capture of Grealish would represent a major coup for Hammers boss Graham Potter as he looks to restore them to the top half.
Under Potter, West Ham ended last season in 14th on 43 points, five more than 17th-placed Tottenham.
Potter took over midway through the 2024/25 campaign from Julen Lopetegui and finished with a record of five wins, five draws and nine defeats.
The former Chelsea and Brighton boss is in the market for attacking reinforcements following the sale of Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham for £55m.
Kudus, who joined the Hammers in 2023, enjoyed a strong debut campaign as he finished with eight goals and nine assists from 33 league appearances.
However, the Ghanaian endured a turbulent second season under Lopetegui and Potter, registering just nine attacking contributions across all competitions.
Potter is also looking to beef up his defence, with West Ham in talks to sign former Southampton full-back Kyle Walker-Peters.
The defender had previously been booked to undergo a medical with Besiktas, but the deal collapsed after he requested to delay his medical.
