Alongside a pair of smart glasses, Lenovo has introduced a new Legion-branded magnetic mobile cooler. It’s compatible with the latest Legion gaming tablet and costs CNY 199, around $28.
Lenovo has unveiled brand-new accessories in China, and among them is a new Legion-branded magnetic mobile cooler. This cooling accessory is said to be widely compatible, and the company has also shown it off being attached to the latest Legion gaming tablet.
The company highlights that the new mobile cooler features three adjustable stages. Among the three, one is said to lower the temperature to as low as -3° Celsius (26.6° Fahrenheit). If true, that mode could help to get a more stable gaming experience on smartphones and tablets.
Another notable aspect of the cooling accessory is its strong magnetic suction. Lenovo claims that even if the users shake the tablet or smartphone, the cooler will stay in place. For devices that don’t have support for magnetic accessories, there’s a detachable back clip with a silicone anti-slip mat.
Other than that, the new Lenovo mobile cooler sports a gamer-forward design, featuring RGB lights and a sleek black finish. As for the price, the cooling accessory launched in China with a tag of CNY 199, which is around $28. The company hasn’t confirmed anything about the international availability of the cooler, but it could launch outside the Chinese market alongside the global Legion Tab Y700 Gen 4 (Gen 3 curr. $429.99 on Lenovo).
