Spurs insider Paul O’Keefe has revealed that Tottenham Hotspur are expected to receive investment as well as a large sponsorship deal, and claimed that Daniel Levy’s role could change over the coming weeks and months.
It was reported earlier this summer that Tottenham had to sell before buying due to their cash flow problems.
However, instead, we have seen the Lilywhites push through major signings without hardly any money coming in. After completing deals for Kota Takai and Mathys Tel, Tottenham wrapped up a £55m deal to sign Mohammed Kudus from West Ham.
Additionally, Spurs have activated Morgan Gibbs-White’s £60m release clause, but that deal is currently held up, with Nottingham Forest threatening legal action against Tottenham for speaking to Gibbs-White without their permission.
Over the last few days, some journalists, including Alasdair Gold, have said that ENIC might have invested some money into Tottenham, which is why the club have been able to push through these big-money transfers.
Meanwhile, journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed Spurs are closer to finalising a naming rights deal for the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with a Saudi entity the frontrunner.
Spurs insider Paul O’Keefe has now taken to social media to reveal that investment is indeed on its way to N17, while the Lilywhites are also expected to announce a large sponsorship deal.
He added that we will also see a reshuffling of management roles at the North London side soon.

Daniel Levy could have a reduced role
Interestingly, O’Keefe said that while Daniel Levy will stay at Tottenham Hotspur, he could have a reduced role, which might see him give up control of the football operations.
However, he was unclear on whether the investment that will come into the club is set to come from ENIC or as a result of a potential minority investment into Spurs by an outside entity, which would translate to a change in the ownership structure.
The question is whether someone is investing in ENIC for it to invest in the club, or if they are coming in directly.
