A school has issued a warning to parents following reports two men signalled for a child to get into their car.
The “concerning incident” is understood to have happened outside St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School in Wilman Road, Tunbridge Wells, on Monday at 4.30pm.

It is reported that two men in a dark blue Volkswagen had pointed at a child and directed them towards their car.
It then drove off.
The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP), which runs the primary school, says it was made aware of the “concerning incident” by a parent.
In a statement, it said: “The safety and well-being of our pupils is our highest priority; we are taking this matter extremely seriously and are working closely with the relevant authorities to support any ongoing investigations.
“All safeguarding protocols remain firmly in place, and we continue to review and strengthen our procedures where necessary.
“Staff have been reminded of vigilance during school dismissal times and after-school activities, and we encourage parents and carers to speak with their children about personal safety and awareness when out in the community.
“We urge anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious or who has any information to contact the police directly.
“We remain committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all our pupils and families. We would like to thank our families and school community for their continued cooperation and vigilance.”
Police were approached for a comment.
