Physical Editions of ‘System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster’ Announced; New Accolades Trailer Released [Watch]

It’s nothing short of wild how Nightdive Studios rescued System Shock 2 from the ether back in 2013, then gave fans the dream of the 25th Anniversary Remaster earlier this year. Now, Nightdive has teamed up with Limited Run Games for a run of physical editions of System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster. Pre-orders are now live, with the pre-order period running until September 21.

And just in case you were still on the fence, Nightdive has released a new Accolades trailer for the remaster, which includes a quote from Harrison’s review.

As for the physical version, fans of the classic 1999 sci-fi horror action role-playing game can pre-order the Standard Edition of System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch for $39.99, or the Collector’s “Big Box Edition” with special packaging and additional goodies is available for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC for $69.99.
