A topless man with a bloodshot eye reportedly “threatened to harm” a woman in the street during an unprovoked incident.
The alleged victim, who is in her 30s, was approached while walking along Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, on Wednesday, August 13.

The incident, which took place at about 12.50pm, saw a topless, white male wearing black three-quarter-length shorts approach her before he “became verbally abusive and threatened to hurt her”.
He then got into a black or dark grey car before becoming verbally abusive again, police say.
As the victim walked away, a member of the public spoke to her afterwards to check she was okay.
The suspect is described as white, had a bloodshot eye, and was topless but wearing black three-quarter-length shorts.
Officers would like to speak to the member of the public who spoke to the victim afterwards to get in touch.
