This motherboard is on sale on Newegg and has been knocked down by a whopping $1,130.00. The original price of this gaming PC was $2,899.99, but after the price cut, you can grab it for $1,769.99.

This is a great price for a gaming PC that features the RX 7900 XTX and the Core Ultra 7 265KF. The combination of these two components should deliver a great 4K gaming experience with excellent productivity.

What is in this gaming PC?

RX 7900 XTX

The RX 7900 XTX is the flagship graphics card of the Radeon 7000 lineup, and while it isn’t clear which variant will be a part of this gaming PC, we have reviewed the ASUS TUF RX 7900 XTX OC, which we’ll use to showcase its capabilities. This GPU had no issues blowing past every title at native 4K as we got 70 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077, 107 FPS in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and 147 FPS in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

On the other hand, its synthetic output was also great as it managed 20,410 points in the Fire Strike Ultra test, 14,320 in the Time Spy Extreme test, which uses the DX12 API, and 15,315 points in the Port Royal test. So, while it might not get the same attention as it did previously, it is still a very capable GPU for gaming and work. However, the newer RDNA 4 GPUs offer greatly improved productivity.

Core Ultra 7 265KF

The Core Ultra 7 265KF is the mid-range offering from the Arrow Lake lineup, and while these processors aren’t best known for gaming, their multi-threaded output is much better than their counterparts. The only difference between this CPU and the 265K is that the latter has integrated graphics and the former does not.

We’ve tested and reviewed the 265K, so we’ll leverage those findings to paint a picture to help you understand what this CPU is capable of, as the performance of the 265KF shouldn’t be far off. We coupled this processor with the RTX 4070 Ti, and this pairing delivered 191 FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p low; however, the 9700X easily surpassed it with 240 FPS.

That being said, when it came to multi-core testing, the 9700X could come nowhere near the output of the 265K as we got 15,395 points in CPU-Z, 33,465 points in Cinebench R23, and 21,730 points in Geekbench. So, for productivity, this is an excellent CPU.

RAM, storage, and other hardware

This gaming PC features the Cooler Master MWE 850W gold power supply unit, which should be more than enough to handle the power requirements of the full build. The 32GB of RAM and 2TB of storage should be enough for intense gaming and working sessions.

At the foundation of this gaming PC is a Z890 WiFi motherboard, which is a high-end option and should help in overclocking efforts as well. Overall, there isn’t any component that we think is lacking in this build.

Should you get this gaming PC?

If you’re focused more on non-gaming tasks, then this is an excellent prebuilt PC to consider, as the 265KF doesn’t have the best gaming output, but that doesn’t mean that it’ll be a complete dud in gaming. It just means that productivity is its strong suit, so if you have workflows like video editing, simulations, or data processing, then this CPU should truly shine.

That being said, you’re getting a high-end GPU capable of native 4K gaming, a high-end Z890 motherboard, and a Cooler Master PSU and 360mm AIO, all for under $1,800, so we think that this deal is definitely worth considering.
