Taking direct inspiration from FNV

Following the massive popularity of Fallout Season 1, Prime Video is delivering another season of the post-apocalyptic TV show later this year – and we have a new air date and some fresh details on Fallout Season 2 coming out of Gamescom 2025.
First off, the video game adaptation’s second season begins airing on December 17th, right before the Christmas period. The show is heading to New Vegas; featuring some “iconic locations” and characters from the cult classic Obsidian game.
“Based on one of the greatest video games of all time, Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the incredibly complex, gleefully weird and highly violent universe waiting for them above.”
Beyond Fallout Season 2 coming in just a few months here, remember that the show has already been renewed for a third season. Yep, despite a big lull in new Fallout video games as Bethesda works on Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6, the show is delivering plenty of Fallout goodness thick and fast.
