A thug banned from contacting his ex-partner jumped on her BMW and smashed its windscreen after spotting her stopped at traffic lights.
Mario Stojka, 32, is subject to a five-year restraining order preventing him from contacting the woman.

But on June 5, he saw her by chance in Dover and launched a violent attack on her car.
Stojka, from Dover Road, Folkestone, leapt onto the bonnet and repeatedly punched the windscreen.
When the terrified woman managed to drive away and park around the corner, he followed, jumped on the bonnet again and shattered the glass.
He also struck the wing mirrors and side windows and damaged the windscreen wipers.
The court heard the crystal meth addict’s violent outburst left his former partner “frightened” and unwilling to allow him any further contact with their children.

Stojka was later charged with criminal damage, harassment, breaching a restraining order and common assault over the incident.
He also admitted driving without a licence in a separate case in Folkestone in December 2024, when police pulled him over in a Skoda Fabia.
At Margate Magistrates’ Court on July 28, prosecutor Lucie Fish said: “The restraining order to protect the victim was a no-contact order and lasts until November 23, 2026.
“He just appeared in front of the victim on June 5 and jumped on the car bonnet and started punching it.
“He was shouting ‘you was out, you was out’. The vehicle was in such a state she couldn’t drive it.”

The order had been imposed in November 2021, when Stojka was given a suspended sentence for battery against the same victim. His other convictions include criminal damage and drug and alcohol misuse.
Ms Fish applied for a new five-year restraining order, £200 compensation for the BMW’s damage, and told the court Stojka had lost his Czech driving licence and never obtained a British one.
Defending, Martin Hewitt said his client had pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity, spent time on remand and now lived with his parents in Folkestone.
“They (the offences) were a spur-of-the-moment decision and it was an isolated incident, unplanned,” he said.
“He had a road traffic collision in 2021 and suffered head injuries and has not worked since.

“He has mental health issues, which is added to with the crystal meth, but he’s now not taken it for two months.
“But he’s not ready to return to work yet as his mental health is not quite there yet.”
Magistrates said breaching protective orders was a serious matter but suspended his custodial term.
Stojka was jailed for 24 weeks for breaching the order and criminal damage, suspended for 18 months.
He was fined £120 for common assault and handed a new six-year restraining order banning him from contacting the woman or going near her home or workplace.
He must also wear a GPS tag, complete six months of drug rehabilitation, and pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and a £154 victim surcharge.
His licence was endorsed for the no-licence offence but no separate penalty was imposed.
Stojka will repay the court at £20 a week as he is on benefits.
