One of Kent’s biggest attractions has announced a magical festive experience set to arrive later this year.
This Christmas, Leeds Castle, near Maidstone, will be transformed into a twinkling Neverland grotto with Peter Pan-inspired decorations, Lost Boy characters and interactive adventures.

The event, created in collaboration with the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, will open to the public in November.
It follows on from last year’s festivities, which featured a storybook experience themed around The Nutcracker, and will be a chance for visitors to enjoy a new Christmas trip to the historic castle.
Families can step into the world of JM Barrie’s Peter Pan and follow the mischievous Lost Boys to their hideout, stopping off at the glimmering Mermaid Lagoon, before meeting the boy who never grows up.
Children can help Peter Pan defeat the devilish Captain Hook and discover the secrets hidden in the pirate’s lair as part of the immersive walkthrough.

Visitors will end their adventure in Tinker Bell’s glittering room filled with fluorescent mushrooms, colourful flowers and, of course, a sprinkling of fairy dust.
There will also be photo opportunities in the Jolly Roger pirate ship, live characters on weekends and during the school holidays, and stunning Christmas trees inside the castle.
The Neverland Christmas at Leeds Castle opens on Saturday, November 22 and continues until Sunday, January 4 2026. It’s included in a general admission ticket, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

The castle’s dazzling Christmas trail is also set to return this year, with thousands of sparkling lights illuminating the grounds from Friday, November 21. You can book tickets here.
The light trail will be open until New Year’s Eve. Adult tickets start from £18, child tickets start from £13.
