Washington’s ilani launches High Limit gaming expansion and unveils new dining, entertainment plans | Yogonet International

Washington’s ilani Resort has opened a new 11,000-square-foot High Limit Slot Room featuring 69 slot machines and a standalone bar with 15 bar-top gaming terminals, offering guests a dedicated high-limit gaming experience in a more private environment.

The previous High Limit Room has been redesigned exclusively for table games. The updated space now includes 14 baccarat tables and six blackjack tables, along with a dedicated player services area intended to support discreet, personalized assistance for high-limit guests.

“Our new High Limit areas provide curated gaming experiences with comfort for our distinguished guests with architectural features that beautifully complement our existing facility,” said Kara Fox-LaRose, President and General Manager of ilani. She also noted upcoming changes across dining and interactive gaming at the resort.

The new bar is located on the gaming floor and allows guests to play without leaving their seats. The space combines gaming and socializing in a single location.

Several dining venues at ilani are also undergoing changes. Longhouse, the resort’s Asian restaurant known for made-to-order sushi and noodle dishes, will relocate to the former Tom’s Urban space in early 2026. The new location will offer private dining rooms and an expanded menu that includes both traditional and modern Asian dishes.

Michael Jordan’s Steak House is being renovated with redesigned interiors featuring new lighting and color schemes. The upgrade will add two private dining rooms and an outdoor section centered around a fire pit to support group dining in an open-air setting.

Tom’s Urban, which opened at ilani in 2017, has relocated and rebranded as Tom’s Watch Bar in a 7,509-square-foot venue adjacent to the ilani Sportsbook. The updated location features the region’s largest LED video wall and a revised menu to match continuous sports programming.

In the gaming area near the Sportsbook, ilani is preparing to launch a stadium-style electronic table game installation from Interblock. Scheduled to open in mid-August, the installation includes 30 player terminals offering blackjack, baccarat, craps, and roulette from a single device. The format combines live dealer elements with the flexibility of digital multi-game access.

Once Longhouse relocates, the current restaurant site will be transformed into the ilani Forever Rewards Center. The new space will centralize promotions, prize displays, and customer services tied to ilani’s rewards program. Completion is expected by spring 2026. The updated space will feature natural materials and muted tones.

“The design of the expanded spaces draws inspiration from the visionary work of Marnell Architecture,” Fox-LaRose said. “Their thoughtful approach ensures that every detail harmonizes with our resort’s existing aesthetic while elevating the overall guest experience.”
