Emergency services were called after concern was raised for a man climbing a tree near a cliff face.
Police, paramedics and fire crews were at Earls Avenue along The Leas in Folkestone yesterday morning.


It came after reports of concern for a man, and the seafront pathway was taped off while they responded to the incident.
The man was thankfully brought down to safety.
A police spokeswoman said: “We were called to Earls Avenue in Folkestone, following a report of concern for a man seen climbing a tree at 8.40am yesterday.


“Officers attended along with other emergency services, and the man was brought down safely.”
The Leas, close to the town centre, runs along a steep cliff and the zig-zag path below.
A fire service spokesman added: “We were called at 9.17am to assist Kent police with an incident in Folkestone.”
