Police concerned for missing boy, 12

Police are growing concerned for the welfare of a missing 12-year-old boy last seen in Maidstone earlier this afternoon.

Efforts are being made to find Kristian Skapsts, who was spotted in Cumberland Avenue at about 1.20pm.

He is described as 5ft 1ins tall, with short light brown hair. He is believed to be wearing black shorts, a black t-shirt, a black cap and black sliders.

Kristian has links to Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire and is known to use the train network.

Officers urge anyone to call 999 if they have critical information relating to his whereabouts.
