Drivers are facing hour-long delays on part of the M25 following a reported crash between two motorcycles.
The anti-clockwise carriageway was blocked between junction 2 for the A2 Darenth Interchange and junction 3 for the Swanley Interchange at around 5pm.
Traffic was stopped in both directions.
At around 6pm, motorists were released, however, three lanes remained closed on the anti-clockwise carriageway.
All lanes have since reopened, but there are still residual delays of up to an hour.
