June gaming revenue up nearly 5 percent in Carson City; increases also at Lake Tahoe and statewide – Carson Now

Carson City area June gaming revenue was up 4.93 percent over the same time period last year, according to the latest figures released Wednesday from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Casinos in the Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for South Shore Lake Tahoe saw gambling generated revenue — also known as “gaming win” — at $11,531,364 last month compared to $10,989,881 in June 2024.

Elsewhere, gaming win in at Stateline casino corridor in Douglas County was up 2.61 percent or $19,790,225 over June 2024 figures, while North Lake Tahoe gaming revenue was up 4.61 percent, bringing in $2,212,748.

Gaming revenue in Washoe County was up 4.71 percent, Reno up 5.6 percent and Sparks, 1.76 percent.

Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming license reported total gaming revenue of $1,332,354,924 for the month of June 2025. This amounts to a 3.53 percent increase compared to June 2024, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,286,954,701. For the fiscal year (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025), gaming win has decreased 0.79 percent.
