AGON by AOC Partners with Counter-Strike 2 to Craft CS 2-Themed PRO CS24A Gaming Monitor, Bringing Super High Refresh Rate And Ultra-Responsiveness, And Custom FPS Presets Tailored For CS
Monitor manufacturers have already started breaking the 600 Hz refresh rate limit since we saw MSI showcasing its new offerings at Computex, and now we have AOC, which has launched not one but two such ultra-high refresh rate gaming monitors. AGON, which is a sub-brand of AOC, has introduced two 610 Hz refresh rate 1080p TN monitors, tailored for high fluidity gameplay, meeting the strict requirements of enthusiasts.
These are perhaps the only two monitors after ASUS that can achieve a 610 Hz refresh rate, making them the fastest displays on the planet. The first one is the AGON PRO CS24A, which is produced in collaboration with Counter-Strike 2, the most popular first-person competitive shooter title on Steam. The AGO PRO CS24A brings the classic CS-themed design, offering a beautiful dusty-golden stand that has a CS logo on the base, the bomb icon on the front, and the AWP rifle engraved at the back of the stand.

We’ve worked closely with the Counter-Strike community to understand what truly matters at the highest levels of play, he result is a monitor that pushes beyond 600 Hz to 610 Hz, because in Counter-Strike 2, every millisecond counts. Whether you choose the CS24A with its exclusive CS2 styling or the AG246FK6 in the classic AGON PRO design, you’re getting the same uncompromising performance that professional players demand.

The CS branding can be seen even on the back of the monitor chassis, and the AGON branding is on the other side. The second monitor is the AGON PRO AG246FK6, which shares identical specifications to the PRO CS24A except that it isn’t CS-themed. Both offer up to a solid 610 Hz refresh rate for smooth gaming experience and deliver ultra-low response times of 0.5ms GtG and 0.3ms MPRT for quick transition to the next frames.
With additional technologies such as MBR+ (Motion Blur Reduction Plus), these monitors can improve the visual clarity, which is essential in fast-paced games. The monitors bring custom presets for a better gaming experience and specially crafted CS2 presets to choose from that aim to offer better visuals. The CS24A is one step ahead, bringing three dedicated modes such as exclusive CS Mode for Counter-Strike 2, FPS2, and FPS3 for various competitive games.
Apart from high refresh rate and low latency, these monitors bring a wide color gamut, including 99.8% sRGB, 93.6% DCI-P3, and 125.1% sRGB for vibrant color reproduction. The displays also bring an excellent color accuracy with Delta E < 2 for the sRGB color space, making the monitors ideal even for content creation and color grading.
For connectivity, there are modern high-bandwidth ports such as 2x HDMI 2.1 and a single DP 1.4 for uncompressed visuals at high refresh rates. Plus, there is a USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub with four USB ports for peripheral connectivity. Also, through an ergonomic stand, each of these models can be adjusted in height and offer adjustments such as swivel, tilt, and pivot. There is a dedicated headset holder at the left for convenience as well.
Both monitors are priced at £599, but the AGO PRO CS24A will be available in Septembe,r while the AGO PRO AG246FK6 will be launched in August.
