The air ambulance was called after a person fell from a pier before being taken to hospital.
Paramedics and the RNLI were also at the scene at East Pier in Ramsgate.

They were called shortly after 8pm last night to reports of a fall from height.
A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said: “We were called shortly after 8pm yesterday evening to reports that a person had fallen from height near East Pier in Ramsgate.
“Crews assessed and treated one patient at the scene before being joined by The Air Ambulance Charity, Kent, Surrey, Sussex.
“The patient was then taken by road to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment.”
