Two women were arrested after police stopped a car suspected of being involved in drug dealing.
Officers on duty in Broadstairs on Wednesday saw a man leaning into a vehicle which had pulled over.
The suspicious incident prompted police to stop the car in Chandos Square and search it, leading to the discovery of drugs, cash and phones.
Cocaine and suspected cannabis were also seized following the stop.
The driver, a 41-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs, and being unfit to drive through drugs.
A 21-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of class B drugs.
Both suspects, from Broadstairs, have been bailed pending further inquiries.
