Two Dungeons & Dragons games from yesteryear are making a return to Steam in remastered form, as SNEG is restoring Dungeons & Dragons: Dragonshard and Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone to the popular digital storefront.
Following the smash success of Baldur’s Gate 3, there has been an interest in bringing back old D&D games, especially the ones that mimicked the tabletop RPG, rather than just using the setting. The most recent of these was Neverwinter Nights 2, which featured all of the modules for that classic D&D 3rd edition adventure.
The D&D train is still going, as SNEG has announced (via Gematsu) that it’s bringing back two D&D games in August, though with no day nailed down. The first is an RTS set in a more technologically advanced world, while the second is an action RPG in a familiar setting.
