Another selling point of the ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWG is its TrueBlack Glossy coating, which is said to reduce reflections by 38% compared with Asus’ previous glossy coatings found on monitors like the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM (curr. $1,199.99 on Amazon). Moreover, the new monitor boasts 0.03 ms GtG response times aided by AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync technologies, as well as DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and USB Type-C (15 W) ports.
The ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWG is available in China for CNY 5,599 (~$839) from retailers like JD.com. By contrast, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR costs CNY 8,499 (~$1,188) in the same country. Currently, the former is expected to reach other markets like the US for $949. Asus has not shared a global release date yet, though.
