According to a new report, Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is hoping that another Premier League club offers Tottenham Hotspur a major blow in their pursuit of Morgan Gibbs-White.

It is explained that the Forest owner had an understanding with Gibbs-White that he would only leave the City Ground for a ‘certain level of club’, and the Greek businessman does not believe that Tottenham fit that criteria.
That is why he is angered by the possibility of Spurs poaching one of Forest’s best players and is delaying the move in the hopes of Pep Guardiola’s men making another approach.
