A road was shut following reports a person had been hit by a vehicle.
Police were called to Sea Street in Herne Bay at 4.48pm today (Friday) following the incident.

A spokesperson for the force said: “We attended alongside South East Coast Ambulance Service.
“Emergency services remain on scene to tend to the incident.
The route was shut between Albany Drive and Sandown Drive but has since reopened.
