BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Mississippi Gaming Commission has approved a site for one Biloxi casino.
According to our media partner, the Sun Herald, the gaming commission granted Biloxi Capital’s casino site request according to Biloxi Attorney Michael Cavanaugh.
Developers will now visit the Mississippi Gaming Commission to show proof of financial backing in order to begin construction.
This comes after a second casino site approval was made in December to the Tullis Gardens Casino in East Biloxi, a few blocks from the Biloxi Capital site.
