Carnival Corporation has recently become the newest member of the American Gaming Association (AGA), a prominent trade organization dedicated to protecting the interests of the gambling industry and promoting best practices.
First Cruise Line to Become an AGA Member
Announced in a press release on Thursday, Carnival Corporation is the first cruise line to join the AGA. This membership allows the company to actively participate in initiatives focused on responsible gambling and efforts to combat money laundering.
Marty Goldman, Senior Vice President of Global Gaming at Carnival Corporation, expressed the significance of this partnership, stating that joining the AGA marks a crucial step in maintaining leadership and advancing responsible gaming and regulatory standards within the industry.
He further highlighted that the collaboration will provide valuable opportunities for sharing knowledge and resources, benefiting their guests, employees, and the entire Carnival organization.
Through this partnership, Carnival Corporation will work alongside various AGA members, including land-based and online gaming operators, fostering strong industry connections.

Membership grants Carnival Corporation access to a wide range of resources such as educational webinars, updates on legislation, networking and cooperative opportunities, advocacy efforts, and policy support.
