A man has been arrested after an altercation at a railway ticket barrier with a member of station staff was caught on camera.
Video shows a man barging through the gate at Canterbury West before he is stopped in his tracks by a staff member donning high-vis.

The footage shows the man then taunting the worker by shouting “and what” at him before seemingly trying to headbutt him.
Moments later, the station staff member punches the man and shoves him back through the barrier.
The man continues to hurl abuse as he leaves the station – as horrified people stand and watch the commotion unfold.
The railway worker can then be seen marching after him before the video ends.
A British Transport Police spokesman says officers were called at about 4pm on Saturday to reports of an assault against a member of staff at the station.
He added a 35-year-old man was arrested and taken into custody before later being released on bail.

Southeastern passenger services director, David Wornham, said: “We are dedicated to making the railway a safe and welcoming place for all.
“While incidents of abuse or violence against our customers or our staff are rare, they will never be tolerated.
“When this does happen, we work closely with British Transport Police to find those responsible and ensure they are dealt with as swiftly as possible.”
