On June 15, Game Pass subscribers gained access to the wild first-person shooter High on Life. That same day, Microsoft announced three more titles arriving on the service this week, including:
RoboCop: Rogue City – July 17 (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S)
RoboCop: Rogue City is a story-driven first-person shooter that follows an original narrative centered on the iconic cyborg officer Alex Murphy. Set in a gritty, crime-ridden Detroit between the events of RoboCop 2 and RoboCop 3, the game pits players against a violent gang known as the Torch Heads. As chaos unfolds, tensions rise between the police, the media and the powerful OCP corporation – each fighting for control. While trying to uphold the law, RoboCop becomes entangled in a complex web of corruption and conspiracy.
In terms of gameplay, RoboCop: Rogue City combines intense first-person shooting with investigative elements. Alongside action-packed shootouts using RoboCop’s iconic Auto-9, players also engage in classic police work, including interrogations and solving light puzzles. A skill system allows customization of abilities, such as improved targeting, environment scanning or system hacking.
My Friendly Neighborhood – July 18 (Cloud, PC and console)
My Friendly Neighborhood is a first-person horror game set in a strange and unsettling world filled with talking hand puppets. You play as Gordon, a down-on-his-luck repairman sent to fix a simple broadcast issue. What starts as a routine job quickly spirals into a nightmare. The setting is an old, abandoned TV studio where the beloved children’s show The Friendly Neighborhood was once filmed. But the formerly lovable puppets have come to life – and they’re far from friendly.
The game delivers classic survival horror with a mix of shooting and puzzle-solving. My Friendly Neighborhood keeps players on edge with constant tension and strategic combat, where ammo is limited and every shot counts. Enemies can’t be permanently taken down – instead, they must be “taped” to the ground with duct tape to keep them from getting back up. Between encounters, you’ll explore the eerie studio, read scattered notes, solve puzzles and slowly piece together the disturbing truth behind the puppet chaos.
Back to the Dawn – July 18 (Cloud, PC and console)
Back to the Dawn is an isometric prison RPG with a strong investigative focus. What sets it apart is its cast of anthropomorphic characters. You play as Thomas, a fox and wrongly accused journalist who finds himself locked up in a high-security prison after being caught in a conspiracy. From there, it’s up to you to choose your path: uncover the truth and clear your name or plan a daring escape. The game gives players the freedom to shape their own ending.
The gameplay in Back to the Dawn blends classic RPG elements with stealth, crafting, social dynamics and impactful choices. Players can build alliances with fellow inmates, join – or steer clear of – prison gangs, smuggle contraband and gather clues. Whether you dig into the conspiracy or plan a breakout, every decision shapes your path.
