PlayStation has officially kicked off its big Summer Sale for 2025, with tons of discounts on games, DLCs, and add-ons. Whether it’s a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 game, the new Summer Sale has something for everyone, with 80% off titles such as EA Sports FC 25, 25% off Assassin’s Creed Shadows Digital Deluxe Edition, and many more. The sale is live on the PlayStation Store between July 16 and August 13.
While this year’s Summer Sale is officially live for all users, PS Plus subscribers were given early access to the sale last week. Those who were subscribed to any of PlayStation Plus’ three tiers were granted exclusive access to over 200 discounts before the sale officially kicked off on July 16. This is just one of the many reasons why the majority of PlayStation 4 and 5 owners are subscribed to the service, as it not only grants access to online multiplayer and a selection of new games each month, but also gives subscribers some pretty exclusive deals on new games and DLCs.
