Counter terrorism officers have been seen searching a property in a residential street this morning.
A large police presence descended on Bayview Road in Whitstable as part of a series of warrants at locations across the country.

It is part of multiple arrests made in connection with an alleged ram-raid at a defence technology firm.
Members of Palestine Action reportedly used a vehicle to gain entrance to the Bristol HQ of Elbit Systems shortly before 4am on August 6.
Earlier this month, MPs voted to amend legislation to proscribe the group as a terrorist organisation – with Home Secretary Yvette Cooper saying it had a “long history” of criminal damage.
Today, police have arrested five people on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism.
Among them is a 20-year-old woman from Whitstable, a 66-year-old man from Bristol, and men aged 19, 27 and 33, all from London.

Counter Terrorism Policing South East say employees of Elbit Systems and two police officers were seriously assaulted.
A total of 10 people were arrested shortly after the incident, with a further eight arrested in November.
They have all been charged with various offences and are awaiting trial.
The government proscribed Palestine Action under the Terrorism Act of 2000, meaning membership of or support for the group is a criminal offence. This came into force on July 5.
