A new deal over on Fanatical means that Steam gamers can currently put themselves in with a chance of getting some of the biggest and best games of 2025 for just $1. This new deal means that gamers are in with a shot of getting titles like Doom: The Dark Ages, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Elden Ring: Nightreign for a bargain price on Steam.
Fanatical is a great authorized reseller for digital PC games, with frequent deals allowing gamers to save big on major titles. Earlier this year, Fanatical gave players the chance to get Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 for just $5, showing the kind of AAA deals the site has to offer. These kinds of offers have led to Fanatical growing in popularity in recent years, especially because the site primarily offers Steam keys to customers.

As spotted by TheGamer, Fanatical’s latest Mystery Box Bundle comes in at just $1, featuring over 500 games “from massive AAA hits to standout indie gems.” The bundle boasts some of the best 2025 titles so far, such as DOOM: The Dark Ages, Clair: Obscur: Expedition 33, Stellar Blade Complete Edition, Elden Ring: Nightreign, Rematch, and Monster Hunter Wilds. Gamers can purchase up to 25 Steam keys at a time, with a discount for bulk-buying. There’s no guarantee that customers will get the game they’re looking for, but the chance is part of the appeal.

The main attraction here is the Golden Boxes, “ultra-rare prizes packed with elite game collections worth over $1,000.” Fanatical is also adding Steam Decks and VR headsets to the bundle, “with multiple chances to win.” Also mixed into the prize pool are Fanatical Store Spend Vouchers worth up to $100 each, so it’s more than just the digital PC games that customers are looking for here. According to Fanatical, the Mystery Box Bundle is set to end on September 1, so gamers have a while yet to get involved.
PC gamers are no strangers to great deals. The seasonal Steam sales frequently offer steep discounts on popular titles, while the Epic Games Store is well-regarded for its regular freebies. Right now, Steam users can claim a co-op zombie game for free, too. Although there is always a temptation to spend big on the latest AAA titles, gamers looking to be a little more frugal have plenty of options on PC.
