GALAX Unveils the First Black-Themed RTX 5080 HOF and RTX 5070 Ti HOF Editions, Featuring Beautiful Black Shrouds, Unlocked for Full Power
The HOF (Hall Of Fame) series by GALAX was started in the early 2010s, and since the first HOF GPUs, the company continued the iconic lineup by launching similar editions in the next-gen generations. Whether you take a look at the GTX 900 series or the latest RTX 40 and even the RTX 50 series, you will only find the White-themed HOF editions. However, GALAX is now offering more color options in the HOF series, offering Black-themed editions, starting with some high-end RTX 50 series GPUs.
The company just unveiled two of its HOF Gaming editions, called the GeForce RTX 5080 HOF and RTX 5070 Ti HOF Black. These are technically the same GPUs as the regular RTX 5080 HOF Gaming and RTX 5070 Ti HOF Gaming, except that they bring the new color to the table. Now, users can enjoy a sleek, black-themed shroud that perfectly complements blacked-out PC builds and beyond.

The cooling solution is already exceptional as GALAX uses the best quality material for HOF cards, and the PCB is platinum-grade with high-quality components for superior performance. As for the specs, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti HOF Black Gaming offers 2610 MHz of boost clock out of the box and up to 2625 MHz wth 1-Click OC Clock through the Xtreme Tuner Plus software. This is already much higher than the reference design, but as the card boasts incredible potential for overclocking and stuff, one can easily achieve much higher clocks with manual tweaks.
The GeForce RTX 5080 HOF Black Gaming is also exceptional, featuring 2760 MHz of boost and up to 2775 MHz with 1-Click OC Clock. The GPU looks identical to the RTX 5070 Ti HOC Black Gaming and both are similar in many ways, like cooler design, Dual BIOS, dimensions, etc. Pricing and availability is not disclosed yet, but these are generally targeted towards enthusiast overclockers due to their outsanding design that can easily break world records.
