KTC Releases Fastest Gaming Monitor Under $100: Meet H24F7 Bringing 240Hz Refresh Rate For The Cheapest Price

The KTC H24F7 is released for the Chinese market for a price tag of just 599 Yuan, making it the cheapest 240Hz refresh rate monitor.

KTC’s New 240Hz Offering Doesn’t Break the Bank and Offers Competitive Specs for Fast-Paced Gaming

The Chinese monitor manufacturer, KTC, has launched a new budget gaming monitor called H24F7. This is one of the cheapest eSports monitors on the market and while high refresh rate monitors are cheaper than ever before, the H24F7 sets a new challenge. The KTC H24F7 offers a 240Hz refresh rate for just under $100 while keeping other specifications competitive to its rivals that cost $100+.

As per the report, the KTC H24F7 is launched for 599 Yuan, which is roughly equivalent to US$84. For $100, you can get a 144Hz or even a 180Hz monitor, but we haven’t seen such a cheap price tag for a 240Hz panel, which brings modern specifications. The KTC H24F7 is a 23.8-inch gaming monitor with thin bezels and likely boasts an IPS panel. With 2ms GtG response time, it may not be the fastest, but it surely gets the job done for its price tag.

The image quality on this will be vibrant as well, as it offers 116% sRGB color space. Having a resolution of 1920x1080p, this is perfect for eSports players who are on a tight budget but want highly fluid visuals. The brightness is also satisfactory at 400 Nits, and that sums up the core specs of the KTC H24F7. As far as its ergonomics are concerned, we don’t think it has a very ergonomic stand, and judging from the pics, it won’t be height adjustable.

It should still bring some level of tilt adjustment like we see on entry-level gaming monitors but pivot and rotation are likely absent as well. Nonetheless, the main features of the monitor already make it a killer deal for <$100 but we don't know if this will launch in other parts of the world as well. At this price tag, it can easily outsell every other entry-level gaming monitor, which usually don't go past 180Hz. The closest we can find is the Acer Nitro KG251Q, which is probably the cheapest 280Hz monitor on the market for $129.
