Tottenham Hotspur have been eyeing a move for an experienced Serie A centre-forward and they have just been informed that his asking price has now been halved.
With some sources continuing to indicate that Spurs are ready to cut their losses on Richarlison this summer, it comes as no surprise that various strikers continue to be linked with a move to N17.
It was claimed by GiveMeSport back in May that Tottenham are eyeing a move for Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic, who is surplus to requirements in Turin.
The outlet claimed that the Lilywhites were considering testing the waters with an offer for the Serbian, and Thomas Frank’s men have now received some great news about the 25-year-old.

A new report in TEAMtalk has now revealed that Juventus were initially asking the Serbian’s suitors to pay €30m (£26m) for his services – much lower than the £66.6m they paid for him in 2022.
However, Igor Tudor’s men are now ready to cash in on Vlahovic for just €15m (£13m), which is less than a quarter of the fee they paid to sign him back in 2022.
This is because the former Fiorentina man is now into the final year of his deal and Juve want to avoid the possibility of losing him on a free transfer.
Additionally, the Serie A giants have to raise funds to push ahead with deals for their transfer targets and want to free up space in their wage bill.
Dusan Vlahovic’s transfer stance explained
TEAMtalk say that none of Vlahavoic’s Serie A suitors are ready to match his current salary, which is why the player is ‘waiting for a move to a top Premier League club’.
The report makes no mention of Tottenham Hotspur, instead naming Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa as the clubs who have shown an interest in the 25-year-old over recent weeks.
However, neither of those clubs have made significant progress following their initial contacts and Vlahovic plans to take his time before deciding his next destination even though the Bianconeri are looking for a quick resolution.
