A woman says her family are “broken” after the sudden death of their caring brother.
Mark Skinner was killed in a crash along the A20 Terrace Road in Maidstone on Saturday (June 28).

The 32-year-old leaves behind his three older brothers and younger sister, Maria.
She said: “He was a massive part of the family. We are broken, to be honest.
“We were all very close to him in our own way. So we’re all getting through it as we can.”
Flower tributes, as well as a can of Stella Artois and two bottles of Corona, have been left at the junction of White Rock Place, where the collision is understood to have happened.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Maria told KentOnline that Mark was “very caring”.

“He was so funny and so comical,” she said. “He would never fail to make anyone in the room laugh.
“He was a really good brother to us and an amazing son to my mum.
“He loved reading and listening to all different types of music. He would just walk and listen to anything through his headphones.”
Mark has always lived in the county town, having gone to the Maplesden Noakes School on Buckland Road as a teenager before qualifying as an electrician.
In his later life, the 32-year-old “absolutely loved” playing golf.

“Every week he’d go out and play,” Maria added. “The amount of golf stuff we have in the shed is just ridiculous.
“I was always taking him somewhere to buy more and he would always wear the most ridiculous golf outfits. He loved colours – nothing would ever be plain.”
At the time, he had been working as a warehouse operative for Waitrose in Aylesford.
Mark had also recently got into motorbiking and purchased a moped.
The A20 was shut for several hours following the accident involving a black Piaggio Vespa.

It happened on the one-way system at around 3.10am, where the A26 and A20 Tonbridge Road converge.
An investigation is still ongoing surrounding the circumstances of the incident.
Motorists who were in the area are urged to check for any dashcam footage, which can be uploaded via Kent Police’s online portal.
