With the refresh on the free game section, Epic Games Store has officially revealed the two free games that will be available on the storefront from July 10 to July 17, 2025. They have good player ratings and a combined value of $39.98.

The second giveaway of Epic Games Store for July 2025 is now live, and it’s offering Backpack Hero and Figment for $0. Besides making these two available to claim, the storefront has officially revealed what it has planned for the third giveaway, which also includes two free games.

To be precise, as the leak from MeguminShiro has suggested, Figment 2: Creed Valley and Sky Racket will be available for $0 from July 10 to July 17 UTC 15:00. Among the two, the former is an action-adventure game that takes place right after the first installment of the series.

Players get to take the role of Dusty and face enemies with the protagonist’s optimistic sidekick, Piper. The boss battles in this upcoming free game are rhythmically timed to the game’s soundtrack. So, each of these fights creates a musical atmosphere.

In Figment 2: Creed Valley, Dusty has the ability to switch between two “Mind” states. Each one of them can alter the environment, which allows players to find new ways to progress the story. This soon-to-be Epic Games Store free game costs $24.99 when there’s no sale in place, and it features a “Very Positive” rating on Steam.

Moving to Sky Racket, this upcoming free game on Epic Games Store is described as the “world’s first Shmup Breaker.” It has a unique blend of mechanics from the block breaker games and shoot ’em ups. The gameplay is quite interesting as well, because it doesn’t allow players to make direct attacks.

Instead, players need to break blocks and take down foes by reflecting projectiles that are shot from enemies. The boss battles within Sky Racket demand quick reflexes, and there are certain levels that introduce bullet hell challenges.

Sky Racket is worth $14.99, and it also features a “Very Positive” player rating on Steam. Watch the videos attached below to learn more about these two upcoming free games on Epic Games Store.
