That includes Best Buy, which has an excellent sitewide Fourth of July sale on now – but some of its best deals are to be found in its gaming section. With as much as 60% discounts on video games, accessories, hardware, and more, you’d be doing yourself a favor by having a browse. Star Wars: Battlefront 2 is getting quite a few discounts and bundles on Steam, as fans continue to beg for a Star Wars: Battlefront 3.

But Best Buy has one key advantage over Steam’s Summer Sale: it sells third-party hardware. The only pieces of hardware you can get from Valve are the Index and the Steam Deck – the days of the Steam Controller are over. But Best Buy’s sale also encompasses things like controllers, headsets, carrying cases, even haptic vests and fighting sticks, if you’re so inclined.

Besides that, if you prefer to buy your games physically, Best Buy has got you covered. There’s really nothing like peeling off the shrink wrap on a brand-new game, and that’s something you just don’t get with the Steam Sale. And it all comes before Amazon’s Prime Day takes effect, so you won’t have to wait as long to pick up whatever’s on your wishlist.
