Epic Games Store will officially unveil the third giveaway for July 2025 soon. Ahead of the official reveal, MeguminShiro, a reliable leaker, has revealed two of the upcoming free games that are set to be available from July 10 to July 17.
Sable is currently free on Epic Games Store, and after July 03 UTC 15:00, the storefront will make $40 worth of free games available to claim. This second giveaway for the month will remain active from July 03 to July 10. As for what’s planned after that, a new leak from MeguminShiro has shed light on that regard.
The reliable leaker shares that Epic Games Store will offer two free games from July 10 to July 17. Per the leak, among these two is Figment 2: Creed Valley. It’s an action-adventure game that continues the story from the first installment of the series, and the good part is that Figment will be available for $0 on the platform from July 03 to July 10.
Nonetheless, Figment 2: Creed Valley puts players in the same setting as before, and music is still the core of the gameplay. Like the first title, this soon-to-be free game has mind-bending puzzles. There are numerous boss battles as well, and each of these bosses has its own theme song.
Another interesting element of the game is the ability to switch between two states. Each of these states can alter the environment, which can eventually offer new ways to progress the story. Figment 2: Creed Valley costs $24.99 when there’s no sale in place, and it has a “Very Positive” player rating on Steam.
MeguminShiro’s leak also shares that the third giveaway of Epic Games Store will include Sky Racket. It’s described as the world’s first Shmup Breaker. That is, it blends the mechanics of block breaker games and shoot ’em ups. This blend introduces an interesting aspect: players can not directly attack the enemies.
Instead, in this upcoming Epic Games Store free game, players need to rely on their laser tennis racket, which can reflect the projectiles shot from the enemies. This combat mechanic is said to turn the battlefield into a dynamic match of space tennis.
Sky Racket also features a co-op mode and has proper controller support (EasySMX X10 curr. $26.99 on Amazon), allowing players to team up with friends. This fast-paced action game generally costs $14.99 when there’s no discount, and it sports a “Very Positive” rating on Steam. Check out the videos below to learn more about the two upcoming free games.
