Liverpool will demand a fee of more than £40m to sell England under-21 Euros hero Harvey Elliott, talkSPORT understands.
Jürgen Klopp’s RB Leipzig and Newcastle are among the interested parties for Elliott who is keen on a move away from Anfield.
Liverpool are expecting an approach for the midfielder this summer following his heroics at the Euros where he was named Player of the Tournament.
His role in helping the Young Lions claim back-to-back titles has put him firmly in the shop window for potential suitors.
Elliott boasts crucial experience of Premier League and Champions League football despite his own gripes at a lack of game time at Anfield.
Liverpool boss Arne Slot handed Elliott just two Premier League starts last season and the arrival of Florian Wirtz last month is unlikely to give the England star the assurances he needed over his future at the club.

That could see him join England U21 and Liverpool teammate Jarrel Quansah out of Anfield this summer following the defender’s move to Bayer Leverkusen.
And Elliott has already spoken of his intention to make the most of his career, even if that means calling time on his Merseyside adventure.
“It’s just a situation that me and the team on my behalf have to have a conversation about, because I’m coming to an age now where I’m 22, I’m going to be 23 next season.
I don’t really want to be wasting years of my career, because it’s a short career,” Elliott said last month.
“I just want to improve and be the best possible version of myself and the best player I can be.
“If that’s to go somewhere else, then it’s a decision I’m going to have to make and I just need to see what happens.”
Elliott netted five goals in six matches at this summer’s Euros including his striker in the 3-2 win over Germany in the final.
His exploits are likely to drum up interest with Liverpool confident of getting their asking price for the star with a buy-back clause potentially inserted into a deal.
“I think first of all it’s very important that players who are here with us would like to stay, that’s a bit compliment to everyone working here,” Slot said in May.
“Harvey is one of the players who hasn’t had as much playing time as he maybe deserves, but like some others he’s in competition with so many good players that mainly I’ve chosen.
Also partly because he was injured for a long time and I’ve been honest with him, the first part after he came back from his injury he wasn’t the same as he was before his injury.
“But the last few months he’s back to his old level again. There was no need for me to start with different players, but I think if you look at the amount of minutes that he had in the last one or two months and the time before, you can see it goes up already.
“So that tells you that we like, I like, him more now than I did the first months when he came back from his injury.”
