An investigation has been launched after a bus crashed into a lamppost, knocking it to the ground.
Police were called to London Road in West Kingsdown at 12.36pm yesterday (June 30) after reports a bus had collided with a post.

A picture from the scene showed the windscreen visibly smashed, with large dents to the front of the Sigma 10 bus.
The vehicle landed on a grass verge, stopping moments before a hedge on the side of the road.
Meanwhile, the post appeared to be knocked out and lay horizontally on the ground.
The bus company, Go-Coach, told KentOnline the vehicle wasn’t carrying any customers at the time of the collision.
A spokesperson said: “A manager attended the scene and arranged for the vehicle to be recovered back to our depot whilst also ensuring that the incident was reported to the relevant parties.
“Safety is always of paramount importance to us, and we are carrying out a full investigation into the circumstances and root cause of the collision and will share the outcome of this with relevant parties.”
Police say officers attended the scene where no injuries were reported and arrangements were made to recover the vehicle.
It is understood to be the 429 bus which goes between West Kingsdown, Swanley and Dartford.
