Fabrizio Romano reveals what Thomas Frank thinks about Mohammed Kudus amid Tottenham talks

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Tottenham’s advances towards Mohammed Kudus and has revealed what Thomas Frank thinks about the West Ham United star.

Spurs’ pursuit of the Ghana international has moved very swiftly over the past 24 hours, with reports now indicating that Kudus is now the most likely attacker to arrive at Tottenham ahead of the likes of Eberechi Eze and Antoine Semenyo.

Spurs supporters are over the moon with the club’s advances towards Kudus, with some convinced that he would be the ideal signing for the Lilywhites and a better fit for the club than Eze.

However, what is far more important is what Thomas Frank thinks of the 24-year-old and that is exactly what Romano has now shed light on.

Tottenham take steps to reach agreement on Mohammed Kudus

Fabrizio Romano has revealed on his YouTube channel that Kudus’ name has been discussed in Frank’s meeting with Tottenham’s recruitment department.

The Danish coach is said to be a fan of the West Ham star and has made it clear that he appreciates the versatile attacker. Romano adds that Tottenham Hotspur have taken steps to try and reach an agreement with the Hammers as well as Kudus.

While they are not the only side interested in the Ghanaian, Spurs now understand fully what it would take to get a deal done, including the player’s salary demands.

Are West Ham open to doing business with Spurs?

No player has made the switch from the East London club to Spurs for 14 years, with Scott Parker being the last player to make the move back in 2011.

However, it has been reported over the last 24 hours that West Ham are prepared to accept a sufficiently large offer from Spurs for Kudus, given the club’s PSR situation, which means they have to sell before they can buy.

According to various sources, an offer of £60m would be enough for Spurs to prise Kudus away from the London Stadium.
