ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Great Lakes Gaming summer camp series kicks off Monday for local youth.
The camp offers kids ages 8-12 the opportunity to play video games and learn about the world of esports, game design and even build computers. Their goal they say is to help the youth learn essential skills, teamwork, creativity while in a fun setting.
The camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. until August. Some weeks, the camp is offered to kids ages 13-16.
